I wouldn't say we eat badly...just not as well as we could probably :)
I would love to switch over to things like whole wheat pastas, better snacks, lower fat meals, etc. but I don't want to shock the family. We have three kids (16 yr old boy/girl twins and a 9 yr old daughter) who aren't picky eaters and will try anything. Does anybody have any good advice, tips, good books, websites, blogs, etc. so I can be better educated on nutrition and how to go about doing it? Thanks!!
