Green Thumb?!?!?

Well I'm not sure yet if my thumb is green!  We bought our house last May and worked on the inside so this year we're starting on the outside!  The best part about this house is that the nice older couple that we bought the house from had done so much to make the landscaping easy! I have spring bulbs and lots of annual summer plants that just do their own thing! All I had to do was clean out the leaves and dead stuff from last year! So far it's looking good! We transplanted some peonies from the back yardto the front yard and they are doing great!  My husband has convinced me that we need a veggie garden! So we've started some hot peppers of several varieties and some tomatoes!  We'll also be planting a mix of lettuces, radishes, pumpkins, and tons of herbs! This is our first time so we're keeping it somewhat simple! I'm hoping my hubby and I have green thumbs!  We'll just have to wait and see!

Congratulations on the house! It is a great thing to have a garden if you have patience and time to water you will do just fine. Enjoy!!!
