I just finished day 4 and figured I'd keep track of my progress here.

Weight: 126

Waist: 35"

Thighs: 22"

Arms: 11 1/2"

It's not so much that I think I'm overweight but I'm very out of shape and would like to tone. And if I could get back to prepregnancy weight of 110-112 and be able to wear all my old clothes again that would be a plus! (my old clothes are actually new clothes that I bought just a week before finding out I was pregnant, so I only got to wear them for a couple weeks and now they've been sitting for 3 years :( would like to get some use out of them.)

Day 13

Weight: 124

Waist: 35"

Thighs: 21 1/2

Arms: 11 1/2

Not much change except half an inch off my thighs. I have missed 3 days of the dvd so far though but I was pretty busy and no motivation to do it before bed. lol
