I HATE my neighbor

I hate my neighbor. I really do. I get along with the other neighbors around me, but the jerk next door is another story. You know the type. Big guy who thinks every woman should bow down to him.

Well, a year ago, I asked the woman to please cut back their trees and bushes that were growing into my yard. She became a raving lunatic. By law, I have the right to trim them back to the property line. In the past year, I have been too ill to do so. Well, when I could, it took me 3 hours to cut back one of their bushes that is pushing down my fence. A couple of weeks ago, they planted 3 ornamental grasses ON the property line. These are the type of plants that get to be about 5 feet tall and 3 to 5 around, which means that half of the plant will be growing on my property. The plant already has about 2 feet of crap on my yard.

This afternoon, I had to trim shrubs again. When the lady neighbor was watering the new ornamental grasses, I said, "When those start growing in my yard, I will cut them back to the property line." She told me I was being rude and that she did not care if I cut them back to the line, just not in her yard.I have NO desire to cut anything in her yard....I just don't want any more of her plants growing in my yard. She went in the house and her husband came out screaming that I was never to speak to his wife again and that I was not to ever touch a leaf on his plant or he would mow all of the plants in my yard down. NO. I told him I would only cut what was in my yard. He started yelling louder and screaming that he would cut a path through my garden, etc. I reached in my pocket and pulled out my cell phone and called 911. They asked for a description of him....which I gave. The dispatcher could hear him yelling in the background.

Two police officers responded. One was trying to be diplomatic, but I could tell the other fully agreed with me and he actually told me that I should not have to put up with that. What I failed to mention is that the man did not stop screaming until my rather bulky 21 yr old came out and told him he really needed to shut up. Later, one of my other neighbors who did not know what was going on said I should have gotten him and he would have backed me up. I wanted to prove to this bully that I would not take his threats. I wanted a police record of the threat so that if he does decide to destroy my property that there is a record. This is a guy I have seen slap his 3 year old son because he did not cat a ball correctly and have heard him call his wife all kinds of names.

My bet is that they will make up all kinds of complaints in the next few days. Oh well, at least the police said they were planning on moving.

planning on moving? lol then why did they bother to plant the ornamental grass? i swear it's people like him that makes me wish for government sterilization project lol. good luck, hope they dont cause you too much trouble.
