"Don’t let opportunities pass you by" We hear this many times during our life. But how many of us are practicing what we should already know? Here’s an activity:

"Try this"

List things/accomplishment things. That YOU DID. No one else just you. It could be anything. For example "I washed my car today" Make sure you list only positive things. No one else. Your own project. Make the list as long or short as you wish. Then make a list of "negative" things about yourself that you may want to change. Type the list to make it neat or if you like arts/crafts than make it your own unique document. Be creative!

Purpose:

We all have the time for social networking and chatting. Even I welcome friends to chat about girl talk. But how many of us take the time to get to know yourself. I mean really know who you are inside and out.

What do you get?

The activity encourages individuals to become more confident and their personal self-worth will rise. It has the possibility to give individuals that extra boost to conquer the world in their own way.

Most people know an activity like this one but never went step by step to evaluate the results or you have and it more than likely happen when you were in grade school. You are different now. TRY IT! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE?THERE’S NO BODY WATCHING.lol

For those that do not have special papers...with your name on it.....stating you did something special like earn your degree........... Let this be your first step to get whatever goals you want to accomplish.

Oh yeah, You can add to your list as often as you wish.

Hang it somewhere you pass thru during the day.

I suggest the closet. Everyday you go there for your outfit, now you can add to your list there ..........and get a moment of pride for yourself. Why not? Love yourself....... for once!!

"Only when you realize your own potential, can you begin to imagine what can be accomplished with a team of friends.......... working on a common goal."

Words of encouragement,good luck
