FINALLY! I got the confermation that I will indeed get to have my natural birth (VBA2C)! :-D I am SO Excited! A little nervous, lol, but excited all the same. I am trying to walk as much as I can. I am hoping that will help me out somehow, lol.
My Daughters cant wait until their little Brother is born! They keep hugging my belly, bc they are trying to hug him through it, lol. Athena, My 4 year old, is always telling me how she is going to help me out, lol. I say her help will be very appreciated! Katana, my 2 year old, cant wait either. She's funny though. Her and I will be sitting down and she'll say "My brothers kicking me!" Or she'll start laughing and say "Baby Brother just burped!" I spend all day with Katana, so she hears me when I say "Ow" bc he kicked me hard or rolled a certain way, so she imitates me and says her brother is making her uterus hurt...My Fiance is getting annoyed with it, but I keep telling him, shush, she is only 2. She doesnt completely understand.
I believe if you want to teach your children correctly, then you need to use correct terms. I have had Drs, nurses, and a Biology teacher tell me how annoyed they get when they hear people trying to sugar coat things. The children are not learning correctly. Babies dont grow in your belly, they grow in the Mommies Uterus. So that is what I teach my kids, and the Old Man gets a little frustrated. I think he is just a little uncomfortable with it.
LOL, My Brother's fiancee just had their baby Boy, and Now he cant stand to hear "After-birth" or "Placenta" :-)) I think it's hilarious! He saw the WHOLE thing! Now all those terms make him uneasy, lol. Cant wait to see My Old Man's reaction to everything!
Cant wait until Birth Classes start, either. I mainly have an idea from reading everything around me, lol as to what I am supposed to do. I just want to go so He knows what to do to help me out! HAHA
OK. I will write again later :-) ![]()
