Potty Training as offically began YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,, My little dude Logan, is almost 3 and is finally trying to use the potty...He went Pee in it for the first time today, I am so proud of him.. I'm not fond of having to bribe with something to get him to sit on the potty but so far its working LOL. He has already and one accident in his undies, so we are back to pull ups once again.. I am open to any other tips on how to get my lil man trained before school starts next year.
