Pregnant or not??

About two weeks ago I went to the ER because of a sharp pain in my right side. The did a CT Scan and determined I had a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. I made a follow up appointment at the clinic for the next Tuesday. My last period was March 8th so the doctor had me take a pregnancy test. It was negative, but she sent me to blood work to make sure. Today I went in and got my results. My HCG level was 18. The nurse wanted me to take another urine test which came back negative. This was shocking to me since I just took a test on Friday and it was positive. I told the nurse this so she sent me to do blood work again. When I got home I just couldn't believe the urine test could be negative so I took one of my own again. It was positive. I am so confused. Am I pregnant or not? I really want to be. I just wish someone would give me a freaking ultrasound, that would confirm it I'm sure.

You could be and maybe you ovulated later than you thought you did. Just hang in there and see what the tests show. rarely do you get a positive pregnancy test if you aren't pregnant. Good luck to you.
