Has anyone experienced pregnancy discrimination?  I currently work for two companies (same owner) for the last 6 years.  I receive two seperate paychecks.  Here is the situation.  A year ago a lady was hired for company "b".  She worked for company "b" for 6 months.  She was fired.  During that 6 months, she was responsible for all duties.  I didn't do any of the work for company "b" during that time.  My pay was not reduced.  After she was fired, the boss hired her friend to work for company "b".  She has been working for 6 months.  The last 3 weeks she took over all duties for company "b".  I'm not doing any of the work for company "b" again.  However, now my pay is being reduced.  $160.00 a week!!!  I'm pregnant.  I was told the reason my duties were cut was so that one person could handle all aspects of company "b".  I understand that.  However, why is my pay being reduced?  My pay has never been reduced in the entire 6 years I have worked for these two companies.  My duties have changed so many times in that 6 months, additions as well as subtractions of duties.  (No ones pay has been reduced in the 6 years I have worked here).  Is this pregnancy discrimination?  My boss has asked me atleast 3 times how much time I'm going to take off before the baby is born.  I have told her repeately I won't be taking off time before, unless some unforeseen event happens.  Any suggestions?
