I finally get to write this journal entry....I have achieved my goal weight. Well, actually I am now 2lbs below my goal weight. Yup....from a whopping 242lbs of soft giggly fat to 148lbs of lean muscle. WOW-what a journey it has been! The last 18 months of my life have been the most amazing, rewarding, challenging times...and I would not have it any other way!

Well I know some of you have been asking for pics so here ya go!!

WOW-wearing a size 20/22 (this is my heaviest ever! I was not pregnant either!! LOL) This was summer 2006. I lost about 30lbs before I even got pregnant in Jan 2008.

I am pleased with my progress and now I just plan to keep on running and lifting-

I made these changes with just healthy eating and exercise. No pills, no gimmicks, no cleanses, etc.....nothing but sweat equity and wholesome foods! Oh and did I mention a tremendous amount of support from my family and friends? Especiallly my girls in Work It Out Sexy Mama, the best group on CM!

ETD: this entry originally has all 18 months in pics but it kept saying it was too long :( and would not let me post it so about 20 pics had to be taken out.

Wow! You look amazing! So hopefully if I do the same thing I can get the same or similiar results? I currently weigh 280 pds. and I would like to lose 140 pds. I noticed that your skin isn't saggy but very tight. I was told that the skin sags after a huge weight loss. You really look amazing and have given me much hope to lose the weight. How did you get your stomach area so flat? This is a probelm area for me. And I have very large breasts size 48J, and I would like to know what exercises would be best to reduce this size to reduce major sagging? Congrats! Girl you look soo good!
