If your child was born after the year 2000 they have a 1 in 3 chance of having type 2 diabetes.  If your child is a minority or you have a strong family history of diabetes your child has a 1 in 2 chance of having it.

50 years ago type 2 diabetes only existed in adults (mostly the elderly), now as many children as adults have it. This is mainly due to the highly processed, sugar filled diet they eat at home and at school.

Diabetes takes an average of 12 years off your child's expected lifespan.  Other complications include blindness, kidney failure, heart disease, slow healing which can lead to infections and amputations, DEATH.

I know you guys are getting sick of me but I really am thinking about you and your family's well being.  Use a very simple rule while shopping, if you cant read the ingredients and know what they are ........ DONT BUY IT.
