Being Mom

Being a mom is the most wondeful thing i have ever done in my life. When I look at my children and think "wow i created them" i feel my heart begin to swell. There is nothing better than having my daughter (two years old) wrap her arms around my neck and say love you moma, or to see the way my sons (eight months old) eyes light up and the smile spread across his little face when i walk into the room. I love every moment of it. I have gone from designer purses to diaper bags , nights out with friends to evenings spent cooking dinner , watching winnie the pooh, wagon rides, bath time and story time and I wouldnt trade one single minute of it for anything. Every night before bed we read the same two books good night moon for my daughter since the day she was born and i love you stinky face for my son since he was born, I love having my kids sitting in my lap after having just taken a bath and smelling the smell of their bedtime soap and lotion and reading to them what i have memorized a long time ago but still take the time to read each page and point out all the favorite pictures. I treasure each day with my kids and could never imagine life with out them.
