I feel like I'm drowning

This is a crazy time!  I am going in circles, We need to pack to move at the end of the month.  my husband is already in texas so its me and the 3 kids here.  trying to pack, and of course its the end of the school year so lots of programs,  my oldest is in tennis.  both of my older 2 have their birthdays this month so parties to plan.  then my husbands birthday is this month, mothers day and my brother and sister (twins) also have their birthday.  then there is the everyday mothering of a 2year old, 8 yr old and 14 yr old.  housework, cooking ect.... i feel like nothing is getting done. the house is a wreck, boxes everywhere and no matter what i am working on the 2yr old is somewhere destroying something in a big way!!!!  sometimes I just want to scream and cry!  On top of all of this I am dealing with etreme rhuematoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. i have to take humera, chemo shots and b 12 shots every week on top of the 6 different med i take 3 and 4 times a day.  so i dont feel good, am in extreme pain, have gained 40 lbs in the last 4 months due to the steroids they have me on.  nothing fits, everything is swollen!  on days like today with all this rain and both little ones sleeping with me last night my whole body hurts. wee at least I got to vent a little.  that helps.
