we are so proud of our daughter

My daughter Marissa who is turning 9 saturday has been put on george rodrigue's website! her class last year did a feildtrip to the blue dog cafe and studied art. the teacher had each of the children paint their own blue dog. She felt Marissa's was so good she entered it in a contest. long story short George Rodrigue added her painting on his website. you can view it by going to www.georgerodrigue.com and then clicking on the miscelany tab then childrens art. Her painting is on the first page. and by the way Marissa is Legally blind. I am sooooooooooo proud!!!!!!

May. 3, 2007 at 11:03 PM i checked out her bluedog what a wonderful job that is AWESOME!!!  and people think that they can't overcome obstacles in their lives ur daughter should be an inspiration to everyone.... CONGRATS to her and u for raising such a talented young person...U GO GIRLS.....
