What I would do....

There are alot of things I wish I could do....like get rid of the carpet in the livingroom. With lots of kids I've come to despise carpeting. But I think I would make my kitchen alot bigger. Extending it out about 8 more feet and just make it more functional and able to have more than 2 people in the kitchen at a time. Thats what I would do...if money were no object.

I'm with you about the carpet! Can't stand it! Hopefully sometime we are going to flooring down in the traffic area.
