Filled with rice, put it in the freezer to keep cold or pop in microwave to warm up! I recommend that these be put in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Test first on yourself to make sure it's not too hot.

I have made my boo boo packs different from the many found on Etsy. I have made the cover removeable! I like the idea of being able to wash the cover as needed.

These are great for daycare also, no need to worry about germ contamination. To further prevent to worry of blood from a boo boo getting on the rice bag, simply put it in a ziplock baggie then in the flannel cover.

The cover measures 4 1/2 by 5 inches. The inside bag measures 4 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches.
