Lazy kinda Saturday.......

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Woke up to another beautiful day. I let the girls sleep in this morning. School can be stressful for them and I thought having an extra hour or so of sleep would help them.

Husband has gone to work. I will start work next this afternoon.

The girls found a mother cat and her kittens in the alley last week. My daughter looked out early this morning and the mother cat and her 3 kittens were in the backyard. I don't think they have an owner! So I will most likely put something out for them this morning. They are making their home in a shed a little way down the alley.

The Lilac bushes we have on the side of the house well....I don't think alot of them will bloom. Only about 3 bushes will. They are just brown! That was probably due to the snow we got early spring. And I was looking forward to having my bedroom window open and have the pretty scent come floating into my bedroom. Oh well.

We ordered pizza last night. The girls were all at the table having alot of fun. Husband had to tell them to quiet down a little....as he was in bed trying to rest. But they had me laughing with their silly jokes and laughing. Husband and I thought raising boys would be hard. We thought the boys would be the naughty ones. But....its our girls that are bad!! In a good way. They stay up late giggling on the weekends. Or talking in their bedroom. My step-daughters' little girl spent the night. She has alot of fun here. I guess that would make me her my step-grand-daughter? Anyways, she is here almost everyday. But we enjoy having her here......
