Update -
Went to court last Tuesday. He didn't show up of course. Got everything I asked for. Everything went perfectly. He has to pay child support, only get supervised visitation, and has to carry insurance. Oh, and owes me $1,177 - my attorney fees. I'll never get teh settlement for the attorney fees, but its nice to know.
Thanks to all my friends who have been there for me the last 6 months. I'll still always need you guys. Great friends are a blessing forever.
