Daughters Mother In Law bullies everyone! This is a Vent! And the Last straw!

The other night my daughters mother in law comes to my Daughters Home and starts cussing her out calling her every name in the book throwing things at my son in law and daughter. No the kids were not there they were at my house. I wittnessed the whole thing and she started it. OMG she was acting like a REDNECK FOOL!
Okay I know I am redneckmom777 but I am tasteful about it. She causes trouble for my Kids and when I say my Kids I mean my SIL as well. She is a no it all bully. When i get there I tell my son in law to get up and call 911 because she is not leaving when they told her to. So my daughter calls the 911 operater and then the MIL calls them as well. only her version is far from what happend. She tells 911 that I come over with a 9m gun and starts shooting. Then she tells them that we jumped on her truck putting a dent in her hood and that my son in law broke her drivers side Truck window out with his fist.
First of all, All lot of you know me and some of you don't but those that do know that I nor my husband owns a 9m. I did not even know what one looked like until my husband told me. I am not violent person but I will protect my loved ones and my self. and that is what I told the cops. I told the cops that I do not own a 9m.
Then there is the obvious. The truck is an older model truck and I told the cop that some of the dents and dings was already there and he said to me Yes I know that. He wanted to look at all of our hands and we showed him. He said Mam its against the law to file a false report. none of their hands or arms or any part of the body looks like they hit your window. He filed a police report that stated that then he told her to leave. He had to force her to leave. She was still trying to cause trouble.
Well because she did not get her way. She calls DHS and they come out. Make my daughter and son in law take a piss drug test and they both pass with flying colors. The case was Neglect, No food which they had some but they said not enough they explained what happed the refridgerater went out the day before and they went to my FIL to get some money to buy another one and also to buy some food. so the allegations were inadequte food and envromental. which I do not understand enviromental because her house was clean, no bugs, no pets inside. but those were the allegations. So my week and weekend has been stressful. Oh and I found out on top of having Fibromyaliga I also have high blood pressure and a heart problem. I am trying to stay stress free but this is not helping at all. I need a lot of prayers and well wishes.

ya think she is bad my monster-in - law stoled everything i have ever owned in my life,had us thrown out of our houe ,had an order of protection put out against my husband her son and to top all of this off she took my baby granddaughters ashes and put them in the trash after filling the urn full of ciggerett butts no that is crazy i would trade places with any of you
ps i for got to tell you her half assed excuse for all of this- SHE hates black people and she feels that blacks in the world are fine but she does not want any in her family

im so sorry for ur daughter and son in law. my mother is like that crazy lady so i get what their going through. i recently told my mother to not even think about moving from california to chicago cause i dont want her druggie butt here.
I would make sure they get a letter when the case is closed. They need to cut off contact and if you can help them get a lawyer (I see the MIL causing more trouble) I would http://www.falseallegation.org/services.htm.
Get a copy of your case file | CPS False Accusations
If a report is unfounded you have a right, I believe, to request them expunged and legally sealed. I believe you have 90 days from the date of closure. That is if of course you did not receive a letter from CPS closing the case.
If the reports become repetative, your dd can approach the district attorney to file charges against the MIL. Make sure your dd keeps copies of any police reports.

Wow momma sorry she sounds like she is crazy as well my mom would call cps on me when I would not do what she wanted. Sometimes people like that need drama in their lives becaus they have nothing else to do. I am sorry about your health problems I will keep a good thought for you and your daughter and SIL
