(((((hugs))))) I can feel your pain radiating through your words and I wish I could reach across this screen and just hug you....I know the helpless feelings...I haven't had an adult child die, but have experienced a lot of death and tragedy in a short amount of time. It was hard, and I cannot say I know exactly how you feel because you cannot compare pain. Pain is pain is pain....if there is a grief support group, you can try and see if it helps.  It helps many people. It wasn't for me, but I have learned we each have to find our own way of grieving, so there are different things to try.  Seeing a grief counselor might help.  Are you religious? If you are, praying can help, as well as going to church, talking to a minister you trust, etc.  Cling to family and friends...cry as much as you need to.....give yourself permission to feel the pain...and take your time....grieving takes time, and is different for each person...if you want someone to write to, my email address is fairydustlady9@aol.com, and my name is Anna.

Please find a local support group.  I also found Virtual Memorials online, but have changed the password and got locked out and no response from them, yet.  I feel your grief.  Peace

One step at a time - or, as the leader of my widow's support says, one moment at a time.  That's how to deal, how to get through.  Best of luck.
