2 1/2 tablespoons of yeast
1 cup of warm water
2 cups of boiling water
2 cups of cold water
2 Tablespoons of salt
1/3 cup of oil
2/3 cup of sugar
8-10 cups of flour
Mix together all ingredients except for the yeast and flour.
Mix in the yeast
Add the flour. Knead until nice and soft
Let rise until double, then punch down.
Repeat one more time.
Roll flat , cover with melted butter using a pastry brush. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 1" pieces.
Put in pan and let rise for another 45 minutes.
Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes.
Take out of oven and turn them upside down on your counter to cool.
May frost with cream cheese icing if desired.
