My daughter's BIO dad beat her butt, and CPS got called on me and my husband. My daughter told them it was my husband and now they are planning on recommending my 3 daughters be given to him for a while.... and who knows what's going to happen to my boys...
I litterally can't even BREATHE right now. I can't even believe this is happening... and I can't STOP crying...
MY life is RUINED... my kids are everything to me and they are trying to take them away because of my EX...
I don't even know what to do or how to function anymore.....
Comments:
Take a deep breath...Call your attorney and explain what is going on and see if you can have his visitation taken away until this gets resolved...From what I understand (my friend works for cps) they will do an investigation and home visit and talk to the kids and you and your husband even your ex. You need fully explain what happened and where and when and who she was with...I would call your lawyer ASAP

I totally agree with the above post. And just fight back with all your might and trust God. I'm am totally sorry that you and your children are going through this. I will keep all of you inmy prayers.
how long did you know about the bruises? my question is why didn't you notify anyone of it?
but as the others have suggested. call your lawyer immediately! it takes time to complete an investigation by cps.
You had better get on the ball. Get all thewitnesses you can get. Get friends and neigbors and professional people as character witnesses for your husband. There is no time to mess around. I don't know how old your daughter is. But, my first thought would be to press charges on him. Definitely get a lawyer.
