Sorry it has taken me so long to update.. but there were complications with my tubal ligation.
The birth was wonderful though I went in at 7am got all hooked up doctor came in and broke my water at around 8am I started having a few contractions but not enough she they gave me pit around 9am and then just went from there at around noon I was contracting really well and asked about gettin an epi.. so the doctor came in and checked me and I was around 6-7 cm dilated but the epi doctor was in surgery so I had to wait so I got a dose of pain meds in my iv and he was done in about an hour in which I got the epi at around 1 ish and I was 7 cm when they checked me that time... so around 3pm ish I start having the urge to push and at 3:53pm Lilah was born weighing 7lbs 10oz 21 3/4 in long and her head was 14, she was screaming and wide awake. I didn't have any tearing or problems the whole thing took about 8 hrs it was one of my better births :)

I some complications with my tubal ligation.. there was scar tissue when she went in to tie my tube that caused bleeding and she ended up taking my only ovary and tube that I had(cause I only have my left side).. so she had to cut me like a c-section delivery and I came home Friday but was in a lot of pain basically just trying to re cope. Because of all the crazy-ness I dried up so breastfeeding did not work out and the doctor said that it might have been from the surgery and hormones :(.. but I'm just glad Lilah is great and I'm doing better now!
She is a really good baby and everyone loves her, its just hard cause I'm in some pain still.. but this too shall pass, now I face hormone replacement but I'll get through it I"m sure just a little scared is all lol.. thanks for your prayers
