my baby is asleep... now i need to pee

a few weeks ago this happened:

my 2 month old son wouldn't sleep no matter what i did, he just cried louder and louder. i tried rocking him... he cries...feeding him...he cries...walking around with him...he cries. finally i put him in his bed, swaddle him and turn on the shower. i figuer i will take a shower, calm down and after 5 minuets, try again. i walk out of the bedroom to get a drink from the kichen and let the water warm up. when i come back he is asleep. i turn off the shower, he starts to wake up. the shower goes back on... and stay on until he is very soundly asleep.

now since i don't want to run the shower every time he has trouble falling asleep, i got one of those things that hangs on the side of the crib and plays sounds. i tried it out today to wonderful results. the only problem is, the water sound make me need to pee.

our baby monitor made ocean noise- it was awesome, when he got big he would wake up , stand up, and hit the buttonand go back to sleep....kinda like snooze button in reverse,lol

Ours makes cricket noises... we tried all the other sound settings and that's the one he likes best.
