After four years building the family business, it was time to try to build a second stream of income--residual income for years to come! Especially during the slow Florida summers. That's when I have the most FUN but we all do have to work for our wages. I have worked for "Someone Else" & as a Sub-contractor BUT I love the FREEDOM that comes as being a Business Owner. Instead of trying to work full time for an employer like I have always successfully in the past, I am working from home with its risks and rewards. Look at my little part-time job I took on several months ago. It was 15 hours a week and around my children's schedules. When my boss cut back on everyone's hours, he didn't cut back mine. It got cut through the amount of dinners served every night. Less diners, less silverware I roll in the mornings. It was in the sales that go up and down with the economy. So I am working only 6-8 hours a week. Hey, I am still getting paid. Every little bit of money helps. I love my job rolling silverware. It's a nice paying distraction and around 'other adults' when I am not out having fun with my kids and their moms. I never looked for this job but I do appreciate it. However, it is not enough. I could go back to my old employer with a phone call but I live in semi-rural SW Fl where it takes longer to get to places, friends and events around here. I live more for my children and the businesses we work with. This 'other business' is all online with a very experienced STRONG team in my corner. We all work with each other for volume, customers and to develop business builders. With the Change Stores team, I get to work around our family business, our children's activities, etc. ALL FROM HOME! I actually prefer paying wholesale for SAFER products delivered to my front door rather than retail at the biggest Wal-Mart in the entire world down the road from me. Yes, it's the biggest Wal Mart anywhere with good prices. All the products I could buy! Yet I have not shopped Wal-Mart except for food and a few items since I re-joined the company in April after two years. By that, I have come to appreciate what this company did for me in the past and in the present. it was the lack of team support that made me drop out after my enroller.... My enroller at the time was a rising star in the organization but she also lacked team support! So we got out. I MADE sure I found the right team to jump back in but along the line I worked with Ameriplan! I like what they have to offer but not a right match for the extremely busy person I am. Good thing I did. I just found out this week my enroller in Ameriplan has decided NOT to lead her team! She is still enrolling members but no more leadership! I saw the writing on the wall. I needed something much simpler to work with while enjoying products monthly. The right team and enrollers I found are even better. Top 1% in the company with a strong support system. Still a PYSCHED team after EIGHT years? They have it all but they're still helping people enroll into this company. I have tapped that support team from within Ameriplan! The door was always open for me to walk in. I was on that team even without being in the company. I have tried Amway/Quixtar and Ameriplan with zero results. I stunk! I needed something I can do well at. This is it. I am so done with home business search forever. Why? I finally found something I'm so pysched about. I'm not even a newbie MLM person! I stink at MLM! Why try! This is NOT even a MLM company. It started out as a MLM company but changed to something else! I've been offered other ventures but it had to be something simple and very duplicatable. I have not used the products I grew up around with and used much since I learned a lot about the chemicals within them. My mommy would not dare harm us with chemicals but who knew? I didn't either! Now I have two young children that I protect with all my heart and energy. A lot of people had health problems due to dangerous products? How they went away once using SAFER products?
