In the last few months I have had a couple issues in which I normally would have gone to the Dr.s for, but being a SAHM with two young kids and no car 90% of the time, I couldn't

I have gotten in to natural health so much more since having kids and always look for a natural solution first. In my experience it works better anyways!

So I had an infection in my tooth and I looked some things up for relief etc. I read about garlic being a natural antibiotic so I thought what the hell I will try it.

So the first day I got some garlic from the store, whole cloves. I cut up 3 of them and took them like pills. After 24 hours my tooth pain was totally gone, now I did smell a little like garlic, when I went to the bathroom that did too but the pain was gone, who cares!

So this week I have been sick and I was thinking it was just a cold until yesterday when it was in my lungs, throat you name it! I took 4 garlic cloves, again cut up like pills and took one 4 times, throughout the day.

Today I feel 75% better, I really just am a little stuffy, like the first day of this cold, bronchitis or whatever it is.

Anyways, just thought I would pass this info along, garlic has been found effective against the flu, common cold, bronchitis and several other viruses and bacteria, even herpes, also it works against yeast.

So as the flu season approaches, stock up on garlic and vitamin d3 , (vitamin d3 has been found 800% more effective against the flu than the flu vaccine!)

Don't believe any of this? That's okay just do yourself a favor and do what I did, look it up and you will find a ton of info!

Happy healing!

Ok, I am trying this.  My son's girlfriend told me a while back garlic would help bronchitis.  I have had this whatever it is (2 Drs said bronchitis like 2 yrs ago) it comes and goes, starts getting better then comes back.  I wasn't sure how I was supposed to take the garlic, the thought of just eating it, yuk.

So glad I read this, just cut up and swallowed my 1st clove :)  Hoping it helps.  And yes, my teeth are about gone, decayed down into the gums, broken, etc on top, so have absesses (sp?) come and go too.

Will let you know how it helps :)

Thanks so much for the tips :)
