Don't know how to tell him?? Need lots of help..

 For the past few months, our relationship has been rocky... I told him back in July that I was unhappy n I want out of the relationship and he begged n begged so I finally agreed to stay.. In the mean time this dick is going through my phone, checking my texts, and other stuff... So I was flipping when he did that.. After like 3 weeks ago, I was looking at a house and I finally brought is.. My problem is how do I tell him that I'm leaving??? Last time I left him I just packed n left, but now I have 2 children and I want whats best for them.. So do I write a letter telling him I'm done or what should u do??? He verbal abuses me.. and if i do write him a note what would I say in it.. Please moms I really need help.. I no its going ot be a fight during court BUT i'm unhappy..
