Everywhere I look these days, someone is talking about potatoes... baked, fried, sauteed, twice-baked, topped with cheese, loaded with chili, smothered in butter.... mmmmmmmmm. ::wipes drool from mouth::
There's nothing wrong with that, not in the slightest. In fact, I happen to be completely addicted to the spud in all its many forms and dressings, and I can't imagine life without that yummy veggie.
What makes it even better is that, aside from the butter, sour cream, etc., that may be put on top, potatoes are actually GOOD for you. Yep, that super spud of many disguises is loaded with a variety of essential vitamins and nutrients.
So, what's the problem, you ask? The problem is that any time anyone ever mentions hot potatoes, I'm cursed with that blasted Wiggles tune filling my head and sticking there!
And so, just because I can't be the ONLY one dealing with this problem, I give you this....
