Baby Shower?

My husband thinks that we should have a shower for our last baby and I think that people won't come or will be reluctant since it is our last and sixth baby. I want a shower however don't want to be disappointed. I think every baby should be showered with love and welcoming but some don't. Maybe I will wait till after the birth since we arent' finding out the sex of this one.
Any thoughts or ideas?
Help........don't this baby to be left out.
