The world that surrounds adoption has many faces and many daily outcomes. The relationships many moms establish today with aparents truly has no comparison to those who were forced in adoption. The education in groups today did not exist. The family fortunes were not to be shared with children born to unmarried parents. This includes all gifts of life no matter the age of the bmom or her circumstances. Ive learned I cannot totally understand those who surrender as of today I'm just to old and my scares are deep as the ocean. For those who decide to raise the child I realize it maybe   a struggle and a selfless start.  Our ages and life experiences will always separate many when the topic of adoption is concerned. Some will use vocabulary that is harsh and one sided.  As my journey continues to unfold Ive found more answers to who my daughter is then and now. She is a product of our genes and a product of a child hood that looked at her differently. To be raised to be thankful for being adopted and to  know shes been wanted and loved by her birth family all her life.   As I approach  our 3rd visit I find my self healed in many ways yet scared as most who surrendered as I did 34 years ago.  A journey for us, me and my baby girl........
