Ok, so I know I don't eat as healthy as I should or exercise like I should.  But I have been learning more and more about the importance of reducing the acidity in your body.  By doing so, you can increase muscle strength, decrease muscle soreness, help greatly with acid indigestion ~ just to name a few benefits.  Also ~ and this is a big one for me ~ it was discovered by biochemist Otto Heinrich Warburg that the root cause of cancer is too much acidity in the body.  And, in 1931, Dr. Warburg was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in Medicine for this discovery.
