Today I started excersing on my treadmill!  Not much, taking it slow but managed to pull off 10 minutes.

That is good for me!  I am going to try to not drink soda today.  I hear you can loose 20 lbs. just by stopping soda, so I am going to give it a try.  I will track my progress here in my journal, and write about my every day life.  Right now I have to go, take a shower and get dressed.  Stuff to do with my Dad today, then I'm getting my nails done!  Have a good day.
