Hello fellow cafemom members!  I am so exited to share that I have started my 90 challenge.

What this consists of is promoting changes that will lead to a healthier ME for the start of 2011.

What I am changing: 

  • I normally skip breakfast which is unhealthy and a very bad way to start the day, so I now drink a very yummy protein shake every morning that keeps me energized and fulfilled until lunch time.

  • I only took vitamins while pregnant- also very bad for me right?  So now I take a very awesome combo of vitamins that provide nutrients I wasn't receiving in my daily diet.

  • I've had 2 kids and have the jelly roll under the belly button to prove it (lol).  So I'm committing to ab enhancing exercises to tighten this up.   Here is a pic of my stomach pouch

  • Personal growth/development is something I never practiced before, and I found myself being very negative, and also not handling stressful situations very well.  I have started reading personal development books daily to create a positive way of thinking in my life.

You seem just like me, not overweight but have that little tummy pooch from having babies lol :)...Brooke is almost done breastfeeding and I'll be able to start my challenge.  How exciting for you!!

Yes Roz.  I get made fun of by my family for being so skinny, but having that belly.  My son squeezes it!  It has got to go.  I'll let you know how it goes.
