Ramblings of my junk filled head

Dear CM Answers users,

Please, for the love of all things good and wonderful in this universe, R-E-A-D a question COMPLETELY before you respond. Don't just read the subject line and assume that's all there is to it, unless there are no other details inside. If you do not understand the question, please ask the person who asked the question to clarify. If you do not have time to read anything more than subject lines of questions, pass them by unless that's all there is to it. Do not ASSUME things about the person who asked because of the question (you do know what "assuming" does, don't you?), since many women on here simply ask a question that they were wondering about other mother's opinions about the subject. For example, if a mother asks the question, "What is your opinion on spanking?" that DOES NOT mean that she or anyone she knows spanks their child. They might, sure, but unless they SAY that they DO, DO NOT ASSUME. It's really simple.

1. See question, read subject line.

2. If it intrigues you, open it.

3. Read any additional details. If you do not have time, or do not want to read them, close the question and move on. If you do have time, move on to step 4.

4. Make sure that you understand the question completely. If you do not, ask for them to make things clearer for you and anyone else.

5. If you do not have an answer, move on. Do not respond with something like, "IDK," just so you can earn credits. There are sections in Answers for that purpose, so there is no need to litter the "real" question sections with useless responses so you can fill your quota for the day. If you have a legitimate response, move on to step 6.

6. Type your answer.

7. Read over your answer, make sure that you actually answered the question, and that your answer makes sense.

8. Post your answer.

A CM Answers user who is sick of seeing idiotic responses to simple questions because others can not take 5 seconds to read a question before jumping to conclusions. eye rolling

P.S. This is not meant to offend those of you who know all of this and practice it already. I know that most of the ladies here actually know how to use Answers, but there are those few who make themselves look like total idiots and do little more than annoy the rest of us and take up space. We've (at least almost) all seen them.
