MIA for Two Days

I'm sorry that I've been MIA for the last two days. Been really busy, and now we have 4 sick kids. I've been doing super good with exercising and eating, except for one slip-up yesterday, while we were out running errands. I had 1 slice of pizza and a Dr. Pepper, not had anything that bad for me in two weeks, so I think it's okay.

Got up yesterday, fixed breakfast for the fam, then right on to my Wii workout. Then, we ran our errands, and then I helped hubby build a gate for our front porch.

Today's breakfast: Peanut butter on whole wheat.

Snack will be: 1 serving corn chips.

As soon as my stepkids are done with the Wii, I'll be getting my workout in   Aerobics

Today was WI day Weighingand I lost 2 lbs. I'd like to lose more in a week, but I'll take any weight loss that I can get. As long as I don't gain, I'm happy Smile

best of luck to you! Im 220lbs now & Im wanting/trying/needing/dreaming of losing weight (130/140 is my goal)..
