I forgot to  mention in this morning's blog that even though I only lost two pounds, I do have an inch of extra room in my jeans. At least I know that I'm also losing inches.


Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 serving of oatmeal, and a slice of whole wheat bread. (Yes, we ate lunch for breakfast, and breakfast for lunch. smile mini

Snack:  A serving of corn chips.

Supper: A hot dog on a slice of whole wheat bread. I know not a good choice, but that's what I had in the house. Not only that, I've found that I do better by eating only the serving size, even if it may not be the healthiest thing. I just try to make do with what I have. smile mini

I do the same thing! If we don't have or can't afford anything thats more on the healthy side (which have you noticed is always WAY more expensive than the fattening stuff?! ugh) -- and I do what you said, I'll just make sure I eat the serving size so as not to over do it.
