This little one gave us quite a scare last night. It started during the afternoon of November 16th, started out to be a bit of pinkish spotting on the toilet paper when I wiped. Thought ok, I will just take it easy today. Later that night while getting ready for bed, I felt a small gush and wiped and saw reddish blood..I was terrified I was loosing the baby! Got on the phone, talked to my mom at first told her what all was going on, then she was able to calm me down. Called the nurse and was told to go to the ER. There they took urine sample, took some blood to test for HCG levels and wheeled me to ultra sound. I layed there on the bed kinda numb thinking the worst. She had to do an internal ultra sound cause I was so early still in my pregnancy. It seemed like forever but to my relief she did see the sack in tact still, too early for the baby to be seen. My due date changed from July 14th, to July 17th putting me at 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant today. I got back to the room more calmed down, and at ease knowing this baby is going to be ok, :) Got my HGC levels back, over 8,000 which is awesome. Doctor said he did not find any evidence pointing to a miscarriage. So they sent me on home and I went to sleep shortly after. I dreamt that this baby is going to be a fighter and be a healthy little boy :) I will keep every one updated on more to come. I think from now on it will be happy news :) Getting more HCG testing done in a few days, just making sure the levels are rising like they should ;) Again, thank you every one for the support, prayers and thoughts, they mean so much!!
