I wanted to post this here before it disappeared. It's a new post on facebook and will probably be deleted. (surprise, surprise FB deleted it)

Seriously, Facebook? Screw you.

I realize that this note will probably be deleted before you can say, "the moderators of Facebook are a bunch of douchebags", but I have something to say, and if only a handful of people get to see this before it's removed (and my account possibly deleted...you never know), it will be worth it.

The following seven images are all pictures that can easily be found all over Facebook by throwing a few choice words into the search bar.

And that's just her day job!

Good ol' Facebook - they sure know what's appropriate for a family social networking site, don't they?

The profile pic for a group called, "hate when your breasts are too big to fit into a really nice top". Yep. I hate it when that happens, too.

I appreciate her modesty. Nice stars.

Hey, honey? I think your bra is showing.

Everyone loves Pam!

I just had to throw this one in here, because, well...seriously? Call it comedic relief.

Meanwhile, the following seven images have all been deleted/banned from Facebook for OMG EXPLICIT/OFFENSIVE content.

I can totally see how this sleeping baby would offend the masses. I personally almost died of the cute, myself.

That tiny, barely noticeable sliver of skin must have really pissed someone off.

Arguably the most intimate of the seven, but still far less exposing than that ridiculous Mickey Mouse get-up we talked about earlier. No nipple, no areola. Just a baby being nourished by his or her mama...exactly the way nature intended.

Not to throw myself under the bus or anything, but every single one of the boudoir photos I posted a few months back is more suggestive/offensive than this. And yet, they're still up!

Awwwwww, twins! Oh wait, this is supposed to be offensive. I mean, ewwwwww twins!

If you're disgusted by the amount of skin shown in this picture, you should probably go ahead and plan on never visiting the beach, or the pool, ever again. Or any particularly formal events, since I've seen evening gowns show much more than that.

These are just a few examples of why I am so infuriated with Facebook today, I can barely see straight. Regardless of what your personal views on breastfeeding are, you cannot deny that the double-standard happening right here in front of your very eyes is sickening. And these are just pictures from profiles, groups, and pages! I won't even get started on some of the graphic ads that pop up along the side of my screen every day. If breasts violate the terms of use on this site by nature of being offensive or obscene, fine, but that standard had better be upheld across the board. So what is it, Facebook? Breasts or no breasts?

I saw this on someone else's journal and also wanted to comment to yours.  I agree with the post - there is nothing wrong with breastfeeding and I hate that sexy boobs are fine to flash around but bf'ing boobs are horrible.
