Question: After having children, would you still pursue your dream career or forget them and just take anything you can get?

pursue dream job, it will benefit in the long run

take any job you can get, you dont have time to pursue your career anymore

So what do you do after everything in your life feels like its falling apart? I am definately not one to feel sorry for myself but lately I've been extremely confused about where my life is headed and what kind of life I'll be able to provide for my children. I have two beautiful boys ages 3years old and 2years old. I use to know exactly what I wanted out of life and what I wanted for my children's future but all of the sudden I'm doubting myself and confused about what I can do to be successful so they can have a good life. The idea of a "father figure" in their life isn't an option anymore. I mean I have pretty much givin' up on that idea and I'm ok with that I don't mind it  at all infact I wouldn't have it any other way but now I'm trying to figure out which direction to pull towards. Do I follow my dreams and pray that my career choice is beyond beneficial to my children or do I just get a 9 to 5 job  that I'm not happy with? I want nothing more than to provide for my children and give them the life they deserve but I want to be happy too. where do i fit "me" time ? I just want the best for all of us as a family of three. I use to know what I wanted now I just feel like I'm back in high school trying to start all over again but I guess that comes with having children at a young age. Any insight would be helpful
