If you eat pork get a pork roast and a package of dry onion soup mix. Cook the roast at 375 for 20 min on each side. While it is cooking take the canned cranberry sauce, the onion soup mix and about 3 tablespoons of water and warm it in the microwave for 2 min stir then warm for an additional 2 min. After the roast is done cooking alone top with the cranberry mixture and put back in the oven at 300 for 30 min. It takes a long time but the roast is so juicy and the sauce is yummy. It is my husbands favorite meals and a good use for the canned cranberries that nobody really likes.

This is so so so good. All my kids love it. We use the marinade and then just grill the meat. It's good on chicken too. My kids ask for it all the time so we just make a really big batch to use up the whole can. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chinese-Barbequed-Spareribs/Detail.aspx

If we're talking about leftovers, I love to use it on sandwiches.
