No plans this year,  no to-do list, no cooking like a crazy person, no overeathing; no relatives to fight with, no pre-conceived notions about what Thanksgiving should be except a time to spend with my family as much as I can---even if that is through facebook or the phone.

Just a day to be grateful for this great country we live in; for the soldiers who protect us by risking their lives; for my husband who works so hard to make a good life for us; for my kids who make me prouder every time I talk to them; and my health and life. I thank God for all of this and for putting me here in this place. I like it here.
