The sauce:

1  1/2 Cups of water

2 TBS of orange juice

1/4 lemon juice (not lemon aid)

1/3 cup rice vinagar

1 Tbs of orange zest (take a cheese grater and grate the outside of teh orange)

1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 tsp minced ginger

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp red peper flakes

3 Tbs corn starch

2 Tbs water

Heat 1  1/2 cups of water, orange juice, lemon juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, orange zest, brown sugar, ginger, garlic,& red pepper flakes, heat for about 5 min. in bowl mix your starch and 2 Tbs of water, and add and heat till thickened to a sticky sauce.

the Chicken:

I just cut up 2 chicken breast into bite sized pieces and cook in vegtable oil on the stove till it is done.

But resturant style you can buy a box of tempura mix and deep fry the chicken. either way its yummy.

add cooked white rice to your plate top with some chicken and then top that with the sauce and enjoy =)
