I'm sadden to hear your story; however, I'm sure you are very brave to share this.  There are a lot of families that are having a tough time right now.  Continue to work/do the things that you have control over and the things that you don't let God add the super to your natural.  Yes, you may say that it may be hard to do that but do it and keep doing it.  Continue to speak positive things.  Have you sought out all the community/free services available to you in your state?  You may have, but you didn't mention so that is why I asked.

I have been there before some years ago and its definitely not a place to be. I have come out of that, with the help of God and my mother.  With that being said, just don't give up.  Stay in the bible and just ask God for continued help/strength/wisdom as to what to do in this situation.

Take it one day at a time and be thankful for what you do have and that you have made it another day.  Do that daily.
