Internet Marketing??????

I would love some feedback from some of you "internet DIVA's".  I want to get more exposure on the internet!

I'm already running google ads but my ads are not ranking where I want them to be.  I need help.

Google is not the easist as they claim.  How else can I optimize exposure for my biz.

We have alot of reps, and the ones on the top are ranking in 9K to 100K a month in personal sales every month and this is because of Internet marketing.  I want to compete. 

What is the secret?  Do I need to pay more for my ads?  I get 80-100 hits a day, yet no sales so something is not right.

I could use some "Sisterly advice".
