My sick little girl

Many of you have read about my little girl being sick. She is 2. She has problems walking into walls, falling down A LOT, and even falling from a sitting or standing position.The doctors are checking her for all sorts of things.She just went through a physical therapy evaluation and it was decided that she did not need physical therapy.I was so happy about that, one thing ruled out.Now they have an EEG scheduled for the 14th to see if she is having mini-strokes or mini-seizures.I have to keep her awake all day and all night on Mother's  Day. She is allowed to sleep for 4 hours and has to be kept awake on the trip to the Dr. I hope I can get my 7 month old to sleep at the same time.James is taking a vacation day to help me with this. After the test I have to go to her neurologists office and he will explain the results to us. On June the 8th she has an MRI scheduled at Vanderbilt because they have to sedate her. That is the soonest we could get that appointment but we are on a cancellation list if something becomes available sooner. In this test they are going to check her cerebral cortex and her 8th nerve to see if a long term ear infection when she was young could have caused inner ear problems. The ear infection she had started in October and it took till the second week of January of the next year to get it to go away. She got a ruptured ear drum from it also. It healed up soon after.
