Well you go to the link sign up http://oneoffer.ourloot2boot.com/index.php?referral=15144 & complete an offer, refer others to do the same & then they pay.

So if you sign up & do an offer I will get 20.00. Then you place a few ads here or there & get someone to do the same as you & you will get 20.00. The offers are free to do, so it's free money. I only ran the ad here on cafemom & made that 20.00 I have a few others that signed up but didn't complete the offer if they do then I make money. I might just e-mail them hmmm
