And it only took thirty hours!!!
I gave my SD a long nap and a good snack. I made her use the potty, and then told her if she wanted her toys back that she had to put them all away! I sat on the floor and handed her toys, one at a time and she put them away. It took about twenty minutes, there were a lot to put back!
After she was done, we were both very happy. I gave her a big hug and told her that since was such a good girl and put all of her toys away, that she could watch Teletubbies today!
I hope bedtime is a little easier tonight than it was last night...At least hubby has the day off tomorrow!
Thank you to everyone who gave me advice during this very trying couple of days. I'm glad I didn't do something crazy!
I was watching teevee last night, and they mentioned on the show that astronauts are trained how to contain each other in the event of psychosis. They use duct tape to restrain astronauts who are freaking out! God, I wanted to do that!!! (But I didn't)

awee...just remind yourself when she is behaving this way that she is ONLY 3 and is just trying to find her place in this world. Also- she probably has different rules at dads house VS. moms? But- trust me- most of it IS JUST THE AGE AND STAGE. Harison has gone through some very rough times, then hes an angel for a month or longer, and then is defiant again....lately I have been blaming it on the "new baby" coming and keep reminding myself that he probably feels like he is gonna be replaced or something....who knows what goes through his head- but...
the most important lesson I want him to learn is that no matter how he acts, or how bad he is- mommy and daddy still love him.
Being a parent is the hardest job on earth- wonder why you dont have to have a college degree for that!? lol
