Moms, take a seat, breathe deeply and get some great info on yoga today!  My newest blog post has links to some great yoga sites that inform and yes....even entertain ya-sort of...at least you'll see some cute stick figures!!  You won't want to miss the pictures of real people (not the stick figures!) doing advanced yoga moves.  Still haven't figured out how people do those.........
