That is how one would describe everything I have made so far in the kitchen. The apron looks sweet on me though. So tonight I made a chicken. It has been a disaster. First it was still frozen after sitting in the fridge for a day and night. Even after sitting it naked in a tub of water for 4 hours it's gizzards were still frozen into it. :\ about this point it was 6ish. Add an hour of frozen gizzard yanking, some potato chopping, onion slicing plus some season sprinkling and foil prep the bird and his friends didn't get to the oven till around 7:15. ish. Dinner happens at 8 around here. I knew there was a reason I had alternative fast foods like tuna and cheesy mac. I just hope it doesn't take another 2 years to get back into the swing of how to cook food. I am going to be getting a measuring cup tomorrow so I can bake. Mwahahahaha. That aught to scare the hubby into wanting to eat out.
