Working with two sick little ladies.... Shew

Having two small girls is crazy enough, adding in that right now they are sick and grumpy its just nuts. If it wasnt for finding my home business I would have to miss work and loose pay or still have to get them ready and leave them a sitter.

I am so thankful that I have found the business that works for me. It did take me over 3 years of searching and failing but I didnt give up. Home is where I want to be, it's where I'm needed.

I know some women choose to work, they love their jobs like nurses, teachers, or whatever their childhood passion may be. However, for me I wanted to be a mom! I had every life-like doll made, I used real baby clothes and even diapers. I know its crazy but I just wanted to be a mom.

That is still my passion no matter how crazy, out of control it may be.

I knew I need to add an income so that is why i looked to work at home, and once I seen that it was possible I was hooked. Now the past 3 years have been very hard and filled with disappointment on my part but all it takes is the right business, finding someone who is willing to train me and YES I found it.

With my company I still have one-on-one training with my coach/national director and we are now great friends. We both have kids around the same age but she has four.

The purpose of this journal is for the want to be work at home moms, I know its hard to fail, I know that it is easy to get pulled in my looks and glamour of a company but if you are driven and determined DO NOT give up. And also I just had to share how thankful I am today to be able to sit and cuddle my girls without any worry.

Great post!!  My story is very similar ~ searched for a few years with little to no success.  Finally, I found what works for me and couldn't be happier!  I have so much support and training available to me with a very duplicable system.  I have absolutely no desire to go back to an office job.  I love being home and working around my schedule, my husband's and my kids.  I don't have to worry about snow days, sick days, missing any sporting events ~ and LOVE having the extra snuggle time with the kids!!

I also have great respect for the moms working outside the home.  I worked for the first year and a half after my son was born and it worked ~ it had to!  But for me ~ this is where I want to be!

Thank you, yea it was slow at first and I almost just left but decided to stay and give it some more time and in past 2 months it has been crazy... And thank you, me too. They aren't very nice when they are sick poor girls.. But they are a little better today,at least they are eating better.
